RealNetwork has announced the new version of its media player software the RealPlayer 11. RealPlayer 11 will be the to offer one-click video downloads of embedded web-based content. The online version player will also support QuickTime and Flash format.

Online video content has been primarily limited to streaming but RealPlayer 11 will enable users to watch videos or burn then to DVD’s or CD’s. RealPlayer 11 is expected to be available early next month and a beta version of RealPlayer 11 will be available soon.

Personal Note: Nice going there RealPlayer … but RealNetwork always charge for their full featured players. Not sure about that in this case.
